Guests need to be mindful of the UAE Cultural values and dress appropriately at all times within the venue.
ADSS:
Parking is available at Car Park A and Car Park B at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
AASS:
Parking is available free of charge.

Guests are welcome to visit the venue, however they are required to follow all visitor guidelines.
You will be allowed to take photos or post videos for personal use only, do be mindful of the privacy of others. All professional photography or videography will need to contact the help desk
all ages are welcomes, however please do ensure children are accompanied by an adult at all times.
We encourage and recommend bringing in your own sporting equipment, however we will have limited equipment for each sport available on the courts. In case of lost or damaged equipment, the user will be financially responsible for its replacement.
Below is a list of equipment available in limited numbers.
Padel:
Participants can bring their own padel tennis rackets, or rent rackets for AED 25 (on first come first serve basis).
Participants can bring their own padel tennis balls, or purchase set of 3 padel tennis balls for AED 33.
Balls will be available free of charge for bookings for the following sports:
Basketball
Football
Volleyball
Badminton:
A limited number of rackets and shuttlecocks are available free of charge for bookings, so it is advised that you bring your own equipment to avoid any disappointment
Cricket:
The cricket stumps and a limited number of cricket bats are available free of charge for bookings, however you will need to bring your own pads, gloves, helmets and cricket ball/s.
Prayer areas are available within the venue.

All bookings are non-refundable, however you can reschedule the same pitch/court up to 24 hours before the booking date & time at no charge.
You can reschedule by clicking on the reschedule link in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Important note: Discounted bookings or bookings that were made using coupons / gift vouchers can't be rescheduled.
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals. We encourage you to arrive early in order to check in and get your session started on time.
Bookings can be transferred to another player
No, all bookings are non-refundable, however it is possible to extend your booking if the facility is available during the next time slot.
Extensions need to be carried out before the new time slot begins.

The entire venues, ADNEC and Al Ain building are accessible by wheelchair.
Please keep in mind that we do not have a playpark or kid’s area this year.
Instead, the entire venue is set up with all our different sport activities and the according pitches.
Nevertheless, you are more than welcome to bring your kids and children along to watch you play.
The entire complex of ADNEC and AACC has free wifi access for all visitors.
